With experience in project management, software development, and data analytics, I am able to provide a balanced perspective from both technology and business.

Excited about all things digital, I am enthusiastic to share what I have learnt about payments, e-commerce, logistics, and other topics here.

In my free time, I enjoy watching the latest shows on Netflix, chomping down on the amazing hawker food here in Singapore, and sweating it off by running or trying out new classes on Classpass.

I am currently working with partners to integrate Grab’s API services into their ecosystem.

I partnered with leadership teams to define priorities and business plans, and provided recommendations on how to grow each market, organised business performance reviews, and led reporting on markets to senior leadership.
Analytics Manager

Lazada Group (Aug 2017 – Apr 2019)

When I was in Lazada, I migrated the analytics infrastructure from Excel sheets, to databases and Qliksense, and eventually into Hadoop and in-house visualization tools. I also led the development of dashboards to provide analysis on sales, profitability, competitiveness, inventory, and competitor assortment.
Project Manager

DBS Bank (Aug 2016 – Jul 2017)

I was part of the digital banking team involved in a proof-of-concept to identify key issues of small and medium enterprises. After identify the key issues and solutions, I was the project manager leading the technical delivery and implementation of APIs which allows 3rd parties to connect to DBS directly for payments.
Data Analyst

DBS Bank (Sep 2015 – Jul 2017)

I was part of the initial analytics team for Institutional Banking, and was involved in setting up the Hadoop ecosystem and leading a team of developers to deliver data solutions. I also analysed transactions data using graph technology to identify potential leads and opportunities.

I joined DBS as a software engineer in the Investment and Trading Technology as part of the Graduate Associate Program. My role was to support the Credit Derivatives desk in terms of software enhancements and reporting requirements.

Credit Suisse (May 2012 – Jul 2012)

I did my internship in Credit Suisse supporting the Cash Equities IT team. My main role was to perform gap analysis and automate all end of day client confirmations in the Asia Pacific region to a new standardized tool.
